1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Stepster mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Mobixo AI ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of Stepster.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
License Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Transfer, rent, lease, or sublicense the App to any third party
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Important Subscription Information
Stepster Premium offers auto-renewable subscriptions with the following options:
- Monthly Premium: $2.99 per month
- Yearly Premium: $24.99 per year
Welcome Week
All new users automatically receive a Welcome Week - 7 days of full access to all premium features, including AI-powered food analysis and advanced statistics. This is not a trial subscription and will not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (monthly or yearly) unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Managing Subscriptions
To cancel or manage your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "Stepster Premium"
- Choose "Cancel Subscription" or modify your subscription
Important: Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Stepster Premium includes:
- AI Wellness Coach - personalized guidance and recommendations
- Unlimited AI-powered food photo analysis
- Unlimited text-based calorie tracking
- Advanced statistics and insights
- Priority customer support
- Ad-free experience
4. Health Data and Privacy
Stepster integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit) to track your steps and health data. By using this App, you consent to the collection and processing of your health data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Medical Disclaimer
Important: Stepster is designed for fitness and wellness tracking purposes only. It is NOT a medical device and should NOT be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
The calorie estimates and health insights provided by the App are approximations and should not replace professional medical advice.
5. AI Features and Accuracy
Stepster uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos and provide calorie estimates. While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis is not perfect and results may vary. Calorie estimates should be used as general guidance only.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws
- Providing accurate information when using AI features
- Backing up your health data
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Mobixo AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBIXO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
